LON-PC2 - PC Interface Card
The card is built on Echelon processor Neuron
3150 and performs intelligent connection of a PC based Operator
Station and the LonWorks. This card is recognized as a node on
the Lon Works. The Card is installed on a ISA slot. Bidirectional
exchange of information is possible on the basis of IRQ or polling
procedure. The information is stored in a dual-port FIFO 8 KB
memory. The card has the unique feature of providing dual media
connection. It handles all the available communication transceivers:
TPT/XF-78, TPT/XF-1250, FTT-10A and LTC491.
