PROGRAMMABLE CONTROLLER
It is intended for intensive discrete signals processing and
logic control implementation.
Includes :
1. MAIN PROCESSOR Modules - 2.
2. POWER SUPPLY Module - 1.
3. CARRIER Module - 4.
4. DIGITAL INPUTS WITH SELF DIAGNOSTIC Module -
up to 32 with 64 discrete inputs.
5. DIGITAL CONFIGURABLE INPUT/OUTPUT Module -
up to 32 with 64 discrete I/O.
A. MAIN PROCESSORModule includes:
• Microprocessor 8344;
• RAM for logic programming - 16KB;
• RAM for variable data - 4KB;
• RAM for constant data - 4KB - it can be substituted with EPROM;
• EPROM for FIRMWARE;
• Discrete logic;
• Diagnostic circuits;
• Indicators.
The MAIN PROCESSOR executes the sequential logic, loop processing,
special functions, diagnostic routines and
communications. It communicates to RS485 compatible units through
two identical ports at 2400, 375 or 62.5Kbaud
up to distance 1200 m. A battery provides a backup for all system
RAM.
The controller includes two independent modules MAIN PROCESSOR
- every handles 64 discrete programmable I/O.
B. POWER SUPPLY Module provides:
• 5V, 3A;
• 12V, 1A;
• 24V, 1A.
Power Supply requires 24 volts DC, +10/-15 %, 0,7A input voltage.
It is an advanced switching regulator design.
High noise immunity to transients is insured by an input line
filter.
C. CARRIER Module
- it can carry up to 8 DIGITAL MODULES.
D. DIGITAL INPUT Module
Every module includes two optically isolated digital inputs with
auto diagnostic circuit for 10 mA input signal.
E. DIGITAL INPUT/OUTPUT Module
Every module includes two optically isolated digital programmable
input/outputs. AC and DC modules available with
voltage ranges from 5 to 220 V and current ranges up to 2 A.
